SUBJECT: COMPANY CELL PHONE USAGE POLICY
On June 21,2022 a letter was sent to all employees stating that “cellular phone use is restricted to business use only. No incoming or outgoing personal calls will be permitted. The only exception to this rule will be in the case of an emergency.” Since then many of vou have received individual letters regarding the personal usage of cell phones. In reviewing our recent cellular phone bills we find that this abuse is continuing. Some of you are averaging 750 to 1000 calls per month, many of them after hours and long distance. This usage is not in compliance with our cell phone policy. Effective immediately, hmit all cell calls o business usc during business hours only. If the abuse continues, we will be forced to place restrictions on your phone line through our cellular carrier. If you need to make personal calls, they should be made on vour personal phone and not during business hours.
